Our team in Thermal Management is responsible for designing and delivering optimized cab climate and vehicle cooling & heating systems for all types of propulsion installations. We work closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Cab Climate System Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the CAB Climate functions, interacting with simulation analysts to analyze the cooling & heating system performance virtually, and verifying the Heating system test outcome. You will also lead and own the System FMEA for heating & cooling system and guide the DFMEAs by component owners and engineers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including knowledge of thermal management systems, product development life cycle, and change management activities. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural global environment.   • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or similar
  • More than 10 years of experience in the field of Thermal Management system engineering CAB Climate
  • In-depth knowledge of the product development life cycle and change management activities for maintenance
  • Solid hands-on experience in developing and testing cooling, heating systems and solutions
  • Collaboration with mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, software, simulation and data engineers to integrate cooling & heating systems
  • Participation in and planning the testing & validation of cooling/heating systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cooling/ heating system performance and efficiency
  • Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cooling /heating systems and thermal management
  • Structured way of working and ability to deliver on complex tasks with excellence
  • Experience in Future Technologies (e-MOB, H2 ICE, Fuel Cell)
