The Agile Project Manager will lead software development initiatives across cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master
  • Manage the Product Development Lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide transparent status updates
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams

  • 13-16 years of experience in IT and/or related field
