Job Role: CNC Machinist

Experience: 3 to 5 years of manual machining experience is required.

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled conventional lathe operator to join our precision manufacturing team. This position involves the independent operation of conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality, complex parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate conventional lathes to produce precision components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
  • Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts
  • Maintain machine adjustments and correct minor defects during the machining process
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area
  • Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency
  • Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic)
  • Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
  • Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
  • Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential
