Job Description

This is a high-level position that involves working with computer-aided design software to create 3D models and drawings. The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as excellent communication skills.

The role requires the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly. The ideal candidate will be proactive and motivated, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare 3D models using SolidWorks as per project requirements.
  • Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
  • Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
  • Support additional engineering activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
  • Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
