  • Ads: Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools. Deploy directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • PDPs: Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
  • Lifecycle: Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Organic/Social: Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content.
  • Copywriting: Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
  • Iteration: Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  • Performance Sense: Monitor key metrics. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years in creative/design/marketing/content roles OR strong AI creative portfolio
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create assets
  • Copywriting chops: you can write hooks, not just design banners
  • Comfort with basic metrics: engagement rates, click-through rates, return on ad spend
  • Fast learner, scrappy operator — prefers shipping 10 variations over polishing one
  • Obsessed with performance: cares less about 'pretty' and more about 'profitable'
  • Worked at an early-stage start-up and shipped across chaos
