Job Title: Conversational AI Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled conversational AI specialist to design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) in FinTech applications. This includes creating prompt templates and workflows for financial data analysis, risk assessment, and customer support.
  • The ideal candidate will create and maintain libraries of AI-powered features across our platforms and integrate LLM capabilities into existing web applications and tools.
  • Responsibilities include testing, evaluating, and iterating on prompt performance to ensure accuracy and reliability. The specialist will work with APIs from AI service providers and collaborate with development teams to implement AI features in frontend and backend systems.
