Job Description:

Leverage your expertise in technical or analytical fields to train and develop Large Language Models (LLMs) in Japanese. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for crafting realistic dialogues, simulating user interactions, and modeling complex tasks using tool-based APIs.

This role requires strong general technical reasoning skills, excellent written communication skills in English, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines with high consistency.

As an LLM Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the conversational capabilities of our AI-powered platform. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovation will drive the development of engaging and effective scenarios that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Experience in any programming language or tech stack is acceptable; a strong grasp of APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical thinking is more critical than specific toolsets.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
