About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Integration technologies supported in Colgate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement middleware integration solutions like SAP PI/PO interfaces, CPI I-flows, web Methods, and API integration based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
  • Understand and apply best practices and development standards to daily support and project implementation activities in middleware solutions.
  • Manage and/or perform the design, build, and testing of business applications and its architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements, and global standards.
  • Maintain production systems reliability through accurate utilization of IT standards and governance processes.
  • Support day-to-day business requirements according to global SLA.
  • Ensure the accurate use of information technology project management methodology to follow governance practices.
  • Review program codes and suggest corrections in case of any errors and develop scalable solutions in B2B Integration segment.
  • Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes.

About You:

  • You should be able to understand business problems and connect them with our IT capabilities to develop a solution for the same.
  • You should be able to understand different integration points and provide the most feasible and scalable solution to our business issues.
  • You should be able to collaborate with the business team and functional team, develop detailed plans, and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation of project.
  • You should be able to stay updated with the latest technological advancements, adapt to these changes by self-training and research work, and evaluate how/where it can make valuable contributions to the business.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with demonstrated ability in Middleware Integration.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing any Middleware Solutions.
  • Good experience in support and resolving Integration Issues.
  • Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end for A2A, B2B, SOAP, API-based integrations.
  • Experience on implementing solutions using publish/subscribe and request/response models.
  • Experience to develop flow services for processing EDI data, flat files, XML formats.
  • Experience on Mapping Service, Java Service, and Adapter Service.
  • Experience in using technology adapters like JDBC, JMS, SAP, etc.
  • Good Communication and Documentation Skills.
  • Prepare Mapping Specification and Integration Design document.
  • Work with Business for Unit testing and build test cases.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically.
  • Ability to identify the root cause and fix the problem-root cause.
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience on SAP CPI, SAP PI, BTP Integration Solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web-Methods or Esker integration.
  • B2B end-to-end Integration experience 3PL Implementation experience.
