Site Engineering Specialist

The role of a Site Engineering Specialist involves overseeing the planning and execution of on-site construction projects, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. You will collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop and adjust project plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate all on-site construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Supervision & Compliance: Supervise daily construction activities to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical support to crew members, resolve issues, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality assurance records.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee and maintain site equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • CAD Updates & Technical Expertise: Stay updated on civil engineering and CAD technologies, making revisions to 2D or 3D models as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
