Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this challenging position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network administration, including experience with Cisco devices and wireless networks.
  • Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining various network devices and services, as well as performing network maintenance and system upgrades.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, and outages, as well as scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • In addition, the Network Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access, and reporting network operational status.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as good communication skills and awareness of ITIL knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain various network devices and services
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
  • Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, and outages
  • Schedule upgrades and collaborate with network architects on network optimization
  • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
  • Report network operational status
