We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of our commercial projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry. They will be responsible for thorough due technical due diligence, reviewing all drawings and BOQ for the project, and taking ownership of the same.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to coordinate with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from the initial stage to final handover to the client. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing constructability reviews and recommending mitigation measures during the pre-construction and construction stages of the project.

In addition to their technical skills, the Project Manager will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also need to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough due technical due diligence
  • Review all drawings and BOQ for the project
  • Review and plan the complete project milestone, procurement plan, and present it to the business team
  • Ensure attention to detail and adhere to the quality of installation at each stage of construction
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from the initial stage to final handover to the client
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during the pre-construction and construction stages of the project
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time
