Our company is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative Team Manager to oversee the growth and success of our sales team. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of SDRs/BDRs, maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline, and driving exceptional outbound sales development results.
Job Description:As a Sales Development Representative Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals in generating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, provide coaching and training to ensure sales skills are up-to-date, and manage performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, setting goals and objectives for your team, and monitoring progress towards these targets. You will also identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific
- Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
- Leadership experience of one form or another
- Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person
