Job Description:

Solvis ecoPower is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to establish and grow our B2B distribution channels in India. You will partner with distributors, procurement agencies, and service providers to scale our reach in industries like hospitality and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard B2B distributors and partners to distribute Solvis ecoPower products.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with channel partners to ensure profitability and brand visibility.
  • Train partners on product benefits (e.g., sustainability, cost-efficiency) to enhance their sales efforts.
  • Monitor channel performance, resolve conflicts, and optimize distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability for partners.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B channel sales or distribution management, ideally in FMCG or cleaning products.
  • Established relationships with distributors or procurement networks in India (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and market trends.
  • Fluency in English and a regional language (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus).
