Learning and Development Lead
This is a high-level training management position that oversees instructional design, content creation, and delivery across multiple teams and geographies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning technology, instructional design, and leadership, with the ability to drive impactful learning solutions and improve business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 20+ instructional designers and content writers.
- Content Development & Maintenance: Manage creation of job aids, ILTs, WBTs, and SOPs for front-end and back-end training.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews based on established style guides to ensure content accuracy and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Project Leadership: Lead large-scale content revamp projects involving thousands of documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of experience in training and development within RCM.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-geography teams.
- Solid understanding of SOP creation and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Drive the vision, strategy, and goals for the training function.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Change Management: Facilitate cultural transformation through training and development initiatives.
