Audit Assurance Lead

The Audit Assurance team is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to play a crucial role in ensuring the validity of financial statements and business-critical information or processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop productive working relationships with clients and engagement teams.
  • Direct field work, inform engagement leaders of audit engagement status.
  • Complete procedures for higher risk areas to broaden technical skills.
  • Contribute ideas to the audit teams.
  • Gain understanding of service offerings.
  • Prepare draft financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 102).
  • Evaluate all work papers for completeness, consistency, and appropriateness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years of related experience in an audit practice firm. Big 4 or Big 10 experience advantageous.
  • Graduate degree with 1-5 years of related experience in statutory audits under US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS.
  • Accounts preparation experience under FRS 102 and relevant standards beneficial.
  • US Certified Public Accounting license or sufficient coursework for US CPA certification required.
