Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to lead our ETL testing efforts. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Perform ETL testing to ensure data extraction, transformation, and loading processes are accurate.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data at the source, staging, and target systems.
  • Conduct UI testing to ensure functional correctness of web applications.
  • Validate that data displayed in UI matches the underlying database (end-to-end).
  • Identify, analyze, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks and reusable components for automation.
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation.
  • Experience in TestNG / JUnit frameworks.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
