Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to drive design vision and strategy for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design systems, style guides, and reusable components to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure seamless design handoff.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a lead or mentorship role.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools, as well as strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
