Job Description

Caprae Capital Partners is a private equity firm that invests in innovative startups and scale-ups. As a Private Equity Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the investment team in evaluating and executing deals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or investor relations. Based in India, they should have strong English communication skills and exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients.

  • Support Investor Accounts by being the primary point of contact for Caprae's investor clients.
  • Coordinate Diligence Activities by facilitating smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Track Deal Progress by monitoring acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Provide Light Financial Review by assisting with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles.

As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work from the ground level and take on a leadership role for the internship program which would result in a paid role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
