Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of activities assigned by management.
  • Streamline existing processes, create new ones as per business and technical requirements.
  • Undertake various projects/initiatives for the Technical team with BSG.
  • Drive digital changes through market intelligence and implement new technologies for productivity improvement.
  • Adopt new technology to improve field team efficiency, turnaround time, and cost savings.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and influencing abilities.
  • MBA or similar professional qualification.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
