We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Leader to join our team at Seagate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in all aspects of our operations, including facilities management, project management, and MEP systems.

About the Role:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, including cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including soft services, utilities, and stock management
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
• Ensure optimal performance and 100% uptime of critical areas, including data centers and laboratories
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address facility issues and ensure alignment with business needs

Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of facilities management, project management, and MEP systems
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading technical staff
• Ability to collect and analyze data, provide reports, and summarize findings
• Experience with facility equipment and infrastructure, including smart building systems
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience using tools like Smartsheet for analysis and reporting
