Senior Tax Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Tax Professional to join our team. As a key member of our advisory practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax services to multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert tax advisory services on cross-border structuring, withholding tax, and permanent establishment assessments.
  • Lead and coordinate tax planning strategies and risk mitigation assignments.
  • Assist clients with managing tax litigation, audits, and inquiries across jurisdictions.
  • Review key tax processes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality service and strategic insights.
  • Identify opportunities to extend services to existing clients and participate in scoping, solutioning, and pricing discussions.
  • Lead and participate in key client interactions including meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage team members. Foster a culture of learning and quality by delivering training and supervising deliverables.
  • Work with internal teams across legal, accounting, and technical functions to deliver cohesive solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in tax advisory services, particularly in cross-border taxation and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations in India and internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
