Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Agile facilitator to lead our data engineering team in the Wealth Management domain. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and facilitating collaborative work among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve Team Efficiency: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
  • Develop Agile Framework: Create and maintain a robust Scrum framework to achieve high levels of collaboration and productivity.
  • Enhance Communication: Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Deliver High-Quality Software: Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality software and meeting customer needs.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Requirements
  • Strong Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and experience with its implementation.
  • SQL Proficiency: Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have).
  • Data Engineering Background: Data Engineering background with experience in data processing and documentation.
  • Python Skills (Optional): Good to have: Python programming skills.
  • Successful Projects: Completed at least 2 successful Data Engineering projects.
  • Wealth Management Experience: Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory.
