Oracle Financial Specialist Role

About this Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned expert to lead comprehensive implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role requires in-depth technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using File-Based Data Import, Application Development Framework Insights, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on client environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • More than 10 years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash cycles, File-Based Data Import, Application Development Framework Insights, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
