Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Life Insurance operations in Guwahati. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring the branch meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership for Managing Partner & Agent Partner performance analysis and reporting
  • Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have an adequate Span of Control
  • Network continuously to get good APs from Market
  • Ensure APs and health agent's income in location exceed benchmarks
  • Coach MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth
  • Connect with APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them
  • Work closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs
  • Propagate the career option amongst the health agents in the branch
  • Own the rookie AP induction and development program
  • Arrange/attend digital, outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment, awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.
  • Grow the representation of advisors and AP's from location on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.
  • Ensure the desired policy renewals of the branch
  • Ensure the LR% (Loss Ratio) within the parameter for the branch / location.
  • Deal with first level of claim & service issues.
  • Deal with and escalate compliance issues
  • Responsible for the P&L of the branch.

Functional Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate
  • Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication.
