CRED's Customer Success team is at the forefront of this movement, driving innovation in software development and product design. As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a disruptive product that's still in its early stages, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Design and Engineering Expert. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving innovation in software development, relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
You'll participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst different technologies. You'll review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you'll need 1-5 years of experience in product development, architecture, and design. You'll constantly learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you. You'll mentor and support other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership.
You'll thrive in an agile team environment and be a self-starter, conscientious member of the team. You'll be passionate about coding, but also awesome at it.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick leave, health insurance, and a stocked pantry.
