ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

Welcome to this opportunity.

This role is for a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant who will work with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments. They should have a good understanding of mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors (SGC).

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems. A basic understanding of how industrial control systems work and operational technology network functions is also required. Experience with implementing OT visibility and OT asset management & OT service management modules in ServiceNow is an advantage.

The consultant will be responsible for developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population. They will also document development, configuration, and technical details and prepare training material for projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details
  • Preparing training material for projects
  • Working closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions
  • Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors (SGC)
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems
  • Basic understanding of how industrial control systems work and operational technology network functions
  • Experience with implementing OT visibility and OT asset management & OT service management modules in ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and PowerShell scripting
  • Moderate understanding of database level architecture and SQL queries
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
