Job Description

As a cost management professional, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial aspects of luxury holiday home projects. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive exceptional value for their investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project scope and technical specifications to optimize cost estimation.
  • Validate bill of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings to ensure accuracy.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to stakeholders for approval.
  • Checking of RA bills and final bills to ensure timely completion.
  • Preparation of amendments to budget requirements.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
