Job Description: Tax Consultant - Transfer Pricing Role

Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This exciting role involves managing end-to-end tasks related to income tax returns for corporates, tax audit reports, Form 3CEB, master files, TP documentation, and memoranda. You will be responsible for preparing technical submissions for corporate tax assessments and transfer pricing assessments, appeals to CIT(A) and ITAT, handling penalty proceedings, and stay proceedings. Additionally, you will support partners on corporate tax advisory projects, transfer pricing advisory projects, international tax advisory projects, and withholding advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of income tax returns for corporates;
  • Preparation and execution of tax audit reports for corporates;
  • Preparation and execution of Form 3CEB and master files for corporates;
  • Preparation and execution of TP documentation and memoranda;
  • Supporting partners in assessment and litigation tasks involving preparation of technical submissions, appeals, and handling penalty proceedings;
  • Supporting the partners on corporate tax advisory projects, transfer pricing advisory projects, international tax advisory projects, and withholding advisory services;
  • Handling a team of energetic qualified and semi-qualified team members.

Requirements:

  • Good theoretical knowledge of regulations evolving in UAE;
  • Practical knowledge of taxation and transfer pricing laws;
  • Ability to conduct technical research and prepare well-documented reports;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
