Job Title:Okta Solution ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking a seasoned Okta solution architect to join our team. As an Okta SME, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Okta Identity Cloud features, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and API access management.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and security leads to define access control strategies and identity workflows. Your expertise in integrating Okta with various applications (cloud and on-prem) using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and other protocols is essential.

You will also conduct health checks, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Okta environments. In addition, you will develop documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and runbooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in IAM with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and API security.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, custom scripting, and identity automation.
  • Familiarity with integrating Okta with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Office 365).
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001, GDPR).
