Key roles in data engineering include leading a team of skilled professionals responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems. As a lead data engineer, you will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's data strategy.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working with big data technologies, including AWS services, Python, PySpark, and data modeling. They must have a strong understanding of columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data. Additionally, they should be familiar with ETL processes, data mining, data warehousing, and segmentation techniques.

The role requires expertise in various databases (Azure SQL, MySQL), data lakes (e.g., Azure Data Lake/Delta Lakes), processing tools (e.g., Databricks/HDInsight), and BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). We are looking for someone who can work independently, possessing excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp of new concepts.

Responsibilities:
