As a senior data architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end data architectures that drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced data architect to design and develop scalable data infrastructure solutions using AWS-native services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • You will be responsible for architecting and implementing data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines following best practices for scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • The successful candidate will define and implement data governance, security, access controls, and data lifecycle management in AWS.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies in the AWS ecosystem to improve data infrastructure.
  • Your responsibilities will include supporting data modeling, data integration, and metadata management.
  • Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and data flow diagrams to support ongoing development and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end data architectures using AWS-native services.
  • ETL/ELT Pipelines: Implement data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines following best practices.
  • Data Governance: Define and implement data governance, security, access controls, and data lifecycle management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
  • Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies in the AWS ecosystem.
  • Data Modeling: Support data modeling, data integration, and metadata management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, access controls, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data modeling, data integration, and metadata management.
