Product Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive the growth and maturity of our Real-Time Digital Experience Platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving as a subject matter expert within the Product Group, bridging Product with the rest of the business.
  2. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and Engineering Operations Teams to deliver new Platform features.
  3. Partnering with Engineering Scrum Teams and Lead Engineers to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the Platform & SaaS, delivering scalable architecture for future business growth scenarios.
  4. Capturing, managing, and communicating dependencies from application teams.
  5. Creating and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria for successful feature delivery from Engineering.
  6. Contributing to the Platform roadmap, deciding which platform features to build to support commercial applications and determining priorities between new features, architectural improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  7. Enabling Sales, Support, Professional Service field teams on new features as they are released.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in the Enterprise software industry.
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • A good understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts.
  • Domain expertise in Enterprise End User Computing, Monitoring, Experience Management solutions.
  • The ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science is advantageous.
