We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers worldwide, with around 2200 employees, including over 600 R&D engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete PCS/BESS product technical support and remote work, supporting product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and guide customers to handle simple faults.
  • Manage on-site spare parts, tracking, and management to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate regularly, and organize feedback.
  • Learn working principles, power distribution diagrams, and user manuals for our products.

Requirements:

  • English as a primary language.
  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably central PCS or BESS experience.
