Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering exceptional customer relationships, delivering outstanding administrative support and customer service.

  • Ensure sales targets are met through effective budget planning and strategic goal setting.
  • Achieve showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with the merchandizing team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to showrooms based on customer demand.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operating expenses targets.
  • Provide high-level customer service and strive for customer delight.
  • Work towards creating an inviting shopping environment in the showrooms.
  • Adhere to established SOPs for reverse logistics related to old gold.
  • Support activities aimed at increasing sales and contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Offer insights on merchandize requirements at the showroom level based on sales patterns and consumer preferences.
  • Implement loss prevention measures in accordance with guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain reports including daily sales and collections, monthly and quarterly MIS, and market intelligence reports.
  • Ensure adherence to showroom standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and facilitate communication.
  • Follow showroom operations SOPs and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Handle all point-of-sale activities including sales transactions, customer order tracking, payments, inventory updates, customer service, handling old gold, and after-sales service.
  • Manage the inventory process in the showroom effectively.
  • Ensure showroom staff is well-groomed and presentable at all times.
  • Guide staff to increase sales and profitability.
