Job Title: Associate Program Director

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Program Director to join our team. As an Associate Program Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Digital Automated Dashboard Development

You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of project management relevant experience in Medical Device
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI/Other tools
  • Certifications: PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE or handling ART Experience

Preferred qualifications include Lean/Six Sigma certification and experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
