Are you looking for a challenging internship to boost your HR skills?

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions.

This internship provides a fantastic platform to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. HR Analytics:
    • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
    • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • 2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation:
    • Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • 3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis:
    • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
    • Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • 4. Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs.
    • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
  • 5. Collaboration with COEs:
    • Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives.
    • Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.
    • Engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
