
Lead Client Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Servicing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and executing those strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in the development of client-centric brand and communication strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
- Initiating discussions between client and agency teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Independently handling client meetings, taking briefs, and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Preparing and circulating minutes and information post-client meetings and interactions.
- Compiling and sharing market share and sales information for clients and competitors.
- Developing creative briefs, conducting research, and preparing job requisitions for various departments.
- Closely following up with production, media, and other departments to ensure timely execution of jobs.
- Coordinating photography assignments, film/TV production, and radio production tasks.
- Ensuring all estimates and bills are submitted on time and approved by clients.
- Following up on outstanding payments and forwarding reminders to clients.
