Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time AI/ML Engineer to join our team on-site in Kanpur. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms, GenAI, and RAG-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and testing to fine-tune machine learning models
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows
Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
