Job Title: AI/ML Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AI/ML strategies across various sectors.
  • Design, build, and maintain machine learning models using classification, regression, and clustering techniques.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines leveraging big data platforms like Apache Spark and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the deployment and maintenance of AI/ML solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethics, and data security policies.
  • Create data-driven dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as process optimization and downtime reduction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML with some industry exposure preferred.
  • Proficient in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
