Job Title

A seasoned leader is required to oversee the system health, configurations, and upgrades of Lusis Tango.

About the Role
  • We seek a resource with 12+ years of experience in Switch Applications and 3-4 years of experience with TANGO.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee system health, configurations, and upgrades of Lusis Tango.
  • Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems.
  • Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records.
  • Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team.
  • Define and track KPIs/SLAs for system uptime, issue resolution, and support quality.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Tango platform roadmap (capacity, scaling, modernization).
  • Drive automation and monitoring improvements (e.g., self-healing, proactive alerting).
  • Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements.
