Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Specialist to join our team and help scale our growing Advertising program. As a key player, you will grow the business by becoming an expert on Amazon solutions, adapting recommendations based on advertiser needs, and working cross-functionally with Sales and other Amazon partners to deliver towards business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign performance and implement solutions to optimize against advertiser goals
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to determine optimal support for the customer portfolio

Requirements:
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- University degree
- An exceptional eye for detail and ability to solve problems quickly
- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- Google Ads Display certified
