Enterprise Technology Visionary

The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology future of Landmark Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it is fully aligned with our business objectives.
  • Create and socialize technology roadmaps that support business capabilities and long-term goals.
  • Establish and govern EA review processes to ensure project and initiative architecture aligns with overall strategy.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to create competitive advantage in retail.
  • Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Lead the design and modeling of implementation-agnostic future-state architectures for key domains: Applications, Data, and Infrastructure/Cloud.
  • Conduct 'buy vs. build' analyses for major capabilities, ensuring optimal investment and vendor selection.
  • Focus on integrating core retail systems: ERP, POS, OMS, CRM, Supply Chain & Logistics, and E-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Leadership and product management to understand strategy and translate it into architectural requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to solution architects, technical architects, and development teams.
  • Lead architecture review to ensure cross-team alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
