Visual Content Creation Role at Outright Creators

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team as a Lead Visual Content Creator. This is a full-time opportunity that requires 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or social media designing.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding and demonstrated experience in designing digital marketing creatives, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and InDesign. Knowledge of GIFs and motion graphics is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of AI-generated art.

In this role, you will create and manage advertising creatives, including social media ads, social media handles, in-app banners, and digital banners. You will also develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, brainstorm and contribute ideas to brand identity and in-app designs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure designs are on-brand and meet project objectives. Additionally, you will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to creative projects.

Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work is essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage advertising creatives, including social media ads, social media handles, in-app banners, and digital banners

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or social media designing
  • In-depth understanding and demonstrated experience in designing digital marketing creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of GIFs and motion graphics is helpful
  • Knowledge of AI-generated art is a great asset
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
