We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our organization as a Trainer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, supply planning, and ERP systems across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, case studies, and practical simulations tailored to the medical devices, automotive, and electrical industries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management – experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers.
  • Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) – including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and development programs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Risk Management – strong knowledge of commercial terms, SLAs, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience.
  • Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, and CIPS are preferred.
