Project management is a critical function that ensures the successful execution of projects. As a Project Management Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of a large-scale SAP & Business base upgradation project for an MNC construction equipment OEM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure structured coordination, documentation, reporting, and compliance with defined project management methodologies to support the execution of the India SAP & Business base upgradation project.
  • Consolidate input from project managers and business functional leads to maintain consistency, transparency, and alignment of project processes.
  • Track compliance with the project framework and milestone achievements, flagging delays for escalation as required.
  • Maintain PMO templates, tools standards, and documentation as per defined guidelines.
  • Support coordination of steering committee reviews, project milestone approvals, and key meetings to ensure timely completion of the project.
Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a PMO or in a program coordination role in large enterprise projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP functional modules.
  • Ability to handle multiple streams of information simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and follow-up discipline.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Equivalent.
  • PMO Certification (PMO-CP, P30) or PMP, Prince2 Foundation will be an added advantage.
