Payroll Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Management Expert to oversee and manage the entire payroll process. This crucial role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing for over 1000 employees across India.

You will be responsible for partnering with the HR Department to gather necessary information for smooth monthly payroll processing, managing high-volume payroll data efficiently, reviewing timesheets and attendance records for inaccuracies, and ensuring all payroll functions are accurate, complete, audited, reconciled, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with HR to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Managing large-scale payroll data with precision
  • Identifying and correcting errors in timesheets and attendance records
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery to employees
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions
  • Handling voluntary deductions and special pay cycles, such as bonuses and commissions
  • Conducting regular payroll audits and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 6-13 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
