The role of Data Governance Manager is pivotal in ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the organization. Directly reporting to the Head of Data Governance, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues within the Information Management (IM) Data Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and analyze data quality issues, collaborating closely with data owners and other teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  2. Coordinate the integration of data from various internal/external sources into a central repository.
  3. Work with data owners/delegates on data analysis and the development of data quality (DQ) rules, enhancing DQ controls with IT support.
  4. Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes, data flows, and data usage to optimize business productivity through process re-engineering and data governance.
  5. Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address data-related needs and issues.
  6. Document business requirements and use cases for data-related projects.
  7. Manage change control processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
