About the Role

The Public Relations Officer is a key function within our organization, responsible for crafting and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. We are seeking a skilled professional to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including medical professionals, corporate partners, and government officials.
  2. This role involves coordinating appointments, organizing PR-related events, and meetings to showcase our services.
  3. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, including social media posts and press releases, to highlight our achievements.
  4. A strong analytical mindset is required to track and analyze PR initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Market trends analysis and report preparation are also essential aspects of this role.
  6. You will oversee and coordinate communications with VIP patients and ensure seamless project tracking and monitoring.
  7. Providing administrative support to the team as needed will also be a part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to excel in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships, are also essential.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in crisis management and media training would be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry and market trends will help you stay ahead of the curve.
