Olympus Medical Systems India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our operational IT team in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure and experience with MS Azure. They will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our IT infrastructure, with minimal disruption to Business as Usual (BAU) systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating IT infrastructure operations processes to ensure stable IT infrastructure operation
- Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more IT infrastructure or basic services/Towers
- Controlling, monitoring and overseeing implementation of IT changes with minimum disruption to IT services
Additionally, the IT Operations Manager will drive the resolution of escalated and critical local IT incidents / requests, coordinating the response across relevant support teams, and ensures impacted users receive timely communication of resolution status.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, strong attention to detail, methodical approach with demonstrable experience of problem solving / analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills and able to participate in deployment and hyper-care activities.
