Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exchange ecosystem and operations.

This includes applying professional audit principles, policies, and procedures to minimize potential risks, adhere to security and control guidelines, and ensure efficient checks and balances in workflow processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting onsite inspections of members and joint inspections with regulatory bodies.

They will also be required to create compliance awareness amongst members through regular workshops and sharing best practices.

Additionally, they will prepare and verify inspection reports and checklists, and submit data to the exchange post-inspection.

The Deputy Manager will also visit and inspect authorized persons of members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant (CMA) with 5-8 years of total experience and 2-3 years of relevant work experience in broking/exchange/financial institution operations is required.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in audit procedures, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical and investigating skills, time management, result orientation, and process adherence.
